In this short, Célia plays an online video game with her sister Anna, who is 12 years old. Things get out of hand when we meet “Alex”, another player, who wants to play Truth or Dare. The dares he gives them become insistent and ambiguous. Célia is getting concerned about how to protect her sister from the dangers that can exist in virtual worlds.

NORTH AMERICAN PREMIERE | Across the European Union, access to abortion, IVF and euthanasia is unequal. However, with open borders for residents, medical tourism is on the rise giving way to harsh emotional journeys. By meeting with those who experience these travels and many of their opponents, the film opens a reflection on bodily autonomy in a continent where Christian heritage and conservatism are obstacles to the freedom of choice and at a time when scientific knowledge has pushed further humanity’s power over life and death.

J’adore Venise — On Disappearing Bodies delves into the relationship between Venice, conceived as a spatial body, and its users, focusing on the phenomenon of disappearing bodies resulting from both anthropogenic environmental degradation and the pervasive influence of surveillance capitalism. The filmmaker is the narrator attempting to reconstruct the narrative behind the new surveillance system in Venice and speculating on possible ways of resistance in the Smart Cities 2.0 of the future.
