Have you always wanted to visit Italy with some basic understanding of the Italian Language?
Join us at La Scuola di Eataly Toronto, in partnership with the Istituto Italiano di Cultura Toronto, for this 2-day class to learn the secrets behind the Northern and Southern Italian traditions while learning basic Italian and linguistic information.
In this back-to-basics class, you will be taken through step-by-step instruction on preparing classic dishes while learning introductory Italian phrases over two sessions; November 9th and November 23rd.
Students will:
Enjoy two courses in each class prepared by our chef and paired with wines chosen by an Eataly beverage expert
Learn key Italian vocabulary related to the recipes
Experience a continued learning experience that teaches you the basics: greetings, booking tables, ordering a glass of vino and many other phrases
Receive a personalized diploma for completing all three classes

Northern Class

Southern Class
Insalata autunnale con cachi-mela, mozzarella di bufala e rucola
Autumn salad with Italian buffalo mozzarella, persimmon and arugula
Orecchiette con cime di rapa
Orecchiette pasta with broccoli rabe
PLEASE NOTE
if purchasing a single ticket, you will be seated at a table of two with another individual
unfortunately, any allergies or dietary restrictions for these classes can not be accommodated
all guests planning to consume alcohol must produce valid, government-issued ID proving they are 19 years of age or older
tickets are sold individually and provide access to one seat
