ABOUT GORAN DIME

Tenor Goran Dime started his singing education in Italy (Tuscany, 1993), where he attended a private school founded by renowned Italian tenor Gaetano Bardini. He continued his vocal improvement in Belgrade (Serbia), with exceptional teachers such as famous mezzo-soprano Biserka Cvejic, soprano Radmila Smiljanic and mezzo-soprano Olivera Jovanovic. Goran’s professional career began in 2004, with his first international concert in Paris. His debut in Canada (“Glenn Gould Studio”, Toronto, 2006) was one of the most critical and inspiring moments of his future career. Dime has had numerous concerts and appearances in Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, France, Switzerland, and Canada. He was granted Permanent Residency in a program of high-class international artists and has resided in Toronto since 2015. Parallel with classical music, Dime has created a Classic Pop project. He was the first classically trained singer in Serbia who recorded a few pop songs and he received an Award from the pop music festival in Herceg Novi (Montenegro).

Goran will mark 20 years of his professional career in 2024 with a big classic-pop concert of Italian pop songs from Modugno’s Volare to the last “Sanremo” hits.
