As part of the opening of the exhibition PINK. Women in Italian Graphic Design. From the Origins to the Present, we are pleased to present Design As Identity, a special live conversation exploring the role of visual culture in shaping contemporary narratives of self and society with Milan-based Art Director Claudia Neri and design writer Pamela Young.
This event complements the exhibition’s focus on women’s contributions to Italian graphic design, highlighting diverse voices and perspectives that continue to redefine the field.

ABOUT CLAUDIA NERI
Claudia Neri is a designer/art director operating under the name Teikna Design, a design studio based in Milan, where she relocated after working in Toronto for several years. She is best known for producing bold, elegant work for clients in diverse fields such as design, fashion, museums, corporate and publishing.
Her work has received numerous awards and recognition, including from AIGA (American Institute for Graphic Arts); ADCC (Advertising and Design Club of Canada); Communication Arts, The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Design; Graphis; and ADI Compasso d’oro. She has served on international design juries, including the Art Directors Club of New York, the Art Directors Club of Italy, and Cannes Lions.
