ABOUT WEEK OF THE ITALIAN CUISINE IN THE WORLD
First begun in 2016, the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World has established itself over the years as one of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ flagship initiatives to promote the best of the Italian agri-food chain abroad and its food and wine tradition. It is proving to be an effective integrated promotional tool. It is one of the pillars of the strategy to internationalize the Made in Italy label, as outlined in the Export Agreement.
