Discover the Italian gastronomy from the perspective of its founder, Pellegrino Artusi: on the year of Italian food in the world, Associazione amarcord brings one of the foremost experts on Italian ‘cuisine‘ to Toronto to talk about Artusi’s philosophy and his perspective on Italian cooking: from its inception more than 100 years ago to the present day success all over the world.
