Dinner in celebration of the 4th edition of the “Week of Italian Cuisine in the World”

Presented by Accademia Italiana della Cucina – Toronto, the Consulate General of Italy and George Brown College with the support and participation of the Italian Chamber of Commerce.

With the collaboration of the Delegation of Versilia Storica (Tuscany), Chef Gaio Giannelli will be in Toronto and will prepare a delicious “Tuscan style” dinner. He will be assisted by the Chef de Cuisine and the students of George Brown College restaurant “The Chefs’ House”.

For this special evening, we also welcome the support and participation of the Italian Chamber of Commerce. They will offer tastings of a variety of pecorino cheeses and special cured meats imported from Tuscany, to be enjoyed during the aperitif and other delicacies prepared by Chef Giannelli.
