Starting from this Fall, the Accademia dei Ragazzi is introducing a new exciting way to learn and practice Italian language. Designed for young people aged 11 years and older, the new Lingua e Teatro: Corso di Recitazione will create a creative and interactive environment in which kids can practice the language skills acquired at home and in class in new and practical ways through drama.
Ida Casilli, Drama in Education and Communities teacher with significant experience in working with children and youth, will facilitate the learning of drama techniques including improvisation, vocal and physical training exercises, as well as how to write and interpret simple monologues and play excerpts. Participants will create and perform an entire show devised by themselves. The course is intended for young participants with an intermediate to advanced level language level.
