Blurring the boundaries between art, design, and sensory experience, the evening invites guests into a refined world of scent, where exquisite bottles and curated atmospheres evoke the essence of contemporary luxury.

Upon arrival, attendees will be welcomed into an intimate setting where fragrance becomes performance, offering a captivating and unexpected encounter that redefines the traditional perfume launch.

Presented by the Consulate General of Italy in Toronto, the Istituto Italiano di Cultura Toronto, in collaboration with ICFF and Festina Lente.

ABOUT MAX PAPESCHI
Max Papeschi entered the contemporary art world in 2008, following a background as a theatre and film director. The strong media impact of a work installed on a building in Poznań quickly brought him onto the international scene. He has exhibited his works worldwide in over 70 solo shows. In 2014, he published his autobiography with Sperling & Kupfer.

In 2016, he launched in Milan, in collaboration with Amnesty International, the humanitarian cultural project Welcome to North Korea, followed by an international tour, and created the videoclip It’s All Devo for Gerald Casale (DEVO). His works have been featured in major cultural events, including OPEN 20 in Venice (2017) and The Best is Yet to Come, the inaugural event of Palermo Italian Capital of Culture 2018.

This was followed by Pyongyang Rhapsody at ZAC Palermo (2019), Novecento/900 at the Historical Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina (2019), and Hic Sunt Leones at WEGIL in Rome (2020). Since 2022, he has written a monthly column for FQ Millennium.  In January 2023, he opened the exhibition Extinction at Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan, the first chapter of a travelling project that highlights the worst flaws of human beings through a narrative imagining humanity as extinct and rediscovered by aliens. The exhibition was later presented in 2024 at Milan Malpensa International Airport, at the Teatro degli Arcimboldi in Milan, at the Italian Cultural Institute in Paris, and in 2026 at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo.

In May 2025, he inaugurated in Milan the exhibition EAU DE EAU together with Arianna Bonucci, later bringing the project to the United States with a one-month tour across San Francisco, Los
Angeles, Washington DC, and New York.

Arianna Bonucci, born in Siena, Tuscany, in 1996, graduated in Photography from the Istituto Europeo di Design in 2019. She creates surreal scenarios by incorporating elements ranging from pop culture to contemporary art, from cinema to consumerism, from nerd culture to childhood imagery.

A professional photographer working in fashion, food, and still life, she makes creative research her strength, blending different visual cultures to evoke a sense of wonder and déjà vu, while addressing contemporary themes with an irreverent touch.

Among her group exhibitions are: in 2017 La Luna è una lampadina, La Triennale Milano; in 2019 Ex Voto / per arte ricevuta, GRANDART, Milan and Florence; in 2022 Natural Born Dreamers, Trento Art Festival.
