Created by internationally acclaimed theatre company DopoLavoro Teatrale (DLT), “If on a Christmas Night…” is an interactive and immersive theatrical experience presented by the Villa Charities and the Columbus Centre with the support of the Istituto Italiano di Cultura.
This world premiere production presents a series of adventurous and comical situations around the celebration of Christmas, through the lens of Italian and Italian-Canadian culture. Moving through a sequence of interactions with the actors and at different locations, the spectators are invited to gather, meet each other and build a new community, in an intimate performance experience. Based in Toronto, Canada since 2012, DLT is dedicated to innovative and experimental multi-disciplinary artistic practices.
