In a neighbourhood on the outskirts of Taranto, a robbery takes place in which a fifty-year-old man named Tonino, who is also known as Barboncino, and is one of three burglars committing the robbery, comes up with a distraction to steal all the loot for himself. He escapes and takes refuge in an old building. There he finds a strange individual… Sergio Rubini directs a bitter and unpredictable comedy in this story of an improvised friendship born from a fortuitous encounter between two losers. Perhaps it is more a story about seeing the world from a different perspective?
