The new edition of the Claudio Scimone International Competition has been launched, promoted by the Claudio Scimone International Competition Committee. The aim is to continue the vision of the founder of I Solisti Veneti, an ambassador of music worldwide, who has always been dedicated to promoting its value as a universal embrace between peoples.
Complementing Claudio Scimone’s vision is the figure of a patron, engineer Claudio Pancolini, a philanthropist of the arts and a connoisseur of Beauty. The Committee embodies this “partnership,” which becomes a shared vision, outlining its objectives, goals, and all the executive and promotional activities of the Competition.
The competition is open to violinists, violists, cellists, and double bassists of any nationality born after December 31, 1999.
The application for the competition, including all the components listed below, must be submitted in plain paper and signed, no later than Saturday, October 19, 2024.
